Frisco Medical Research Center will have room for doctors leading the way in their respective fields for both integrative and allopathic medicine.

Behind every good medical research facility are highly skilled medical technology support services. Our high-tech, low-touch modern facility will offer an ideal creative work environment to nurture technical innovation. It will include the latest medical software, apps, technology solutions, remote medicine, medical devices, sales and services, and the latest post-COVID compliant medical supplies. We look forward to including med-tech, biotech, and physio-tech companies in this innovation magnet.

The project will include fitness and wellness services. Personal training and a workout facility will be on-site and available for membership to tenants and the community. The Frisco Medical Center will provide complimentary medical and wellness services, such as those providing primary medical, hormones, nutritional guidance, blood labs, pharmacy, and ancillary wellness services. The Center will also have a nutritional market on the first floor for the benefit of the tenants and the entire community. 

Rockin for the Cure, a 501c3 Public Charity, is slated to manage 28,000 square feet of the medical center to develop cures for diseases and other worthy causes. The space will be divided into (6) different 4,000 square foot quads to use in collaboration with several various Hospitals and Research Institutions.

Medical research and medical practice intertwine with pharmaceutical so closely that medical schools now offer courses in Pharmaceutical Technology. Pharmaceutical companies have always been leaders in researching for cures to disease. The Frisco Medical Research Center welcomes pharmaceutical companies and opportunities to partner with them in research projects.

Research and development will be at the heart of the Frisco Medical Research Center. This facility will allow researchers to develop groundbreaking technology to cure a variety of different diseases. This project will create approximately 2,000 new jobs. (800 jobs during construction and another 1,200 jobs once completed).

The Frisco’s Medical Research Center will provide a unique integration of many different medical industries allowing for a creative and collaborative environment to hopefully help find cures for some of those most elusive diseases. Space allowing for Clinical Trials will always be a priority at this facility.
